Title: Conversational Artificial Intelligence in Library and Information Centers
Abstract
Conversational AI is a technique that enables computers to mimic human conversation using natural language processing and machine learning. It is a technology that enables the development of chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational interfaces. Conversational AI can help automate repetitive tasks, improve accessibility and enhance user experience in libraries and information centers by automating routine tasks, providing voice-enabled virtual assistance and personalization of search functionality.
This colloquium will give an overview of the latest developments and applications of conversational AI in libraries and information centers, and explore potential future developments in this area. The colloquium also includes topics such as chatbot development and Natural Language Processing.
